Absolutely a fine view! We used to have a million dollar view too...but from Army quarters on the Presidio. Our quarters were near the south end of the Golden Gate Bridge...sitting at the dining room table we looked east at the Bay with Alcatraz and the Trans-America building as the two most prominent landmarks. I can only imagine what it must cost to live there today in the post-Army era:-)
