Its chaos down here. There are spies everywhere & I think my partner's a plant..."
I finally got the lights right in this one... then it wouldn't render & decided to spend the rest of the night crashing.
No matter if I changed the file size, the name, cut out the plant.. nothin'. I saved, reopened. It loaded fine, just would not finish rendering. Once, it got to 3 hours, then crashed.
So, I guess she 'aint getting off that planet any time soon.
Rats!

Happened to me too Angel! Got to 96% and froze!! Luckily the bottom inch wasn't needed, so I saved the render and cropped of the black bit! :) Anyway, cool sci-fi image :)

Love the commentary....make sure you do not have Photoshop open at the same time that you render. It uses 60% of your computer resources. Just a tip
It came out pretty good given the crashes I think. Maybe its a testament to the artist? :0)

strangely my daz crashed 3 times yesterday,twice in rendering and once in setting the scene. after the third time i fumbled on something else in daz 2.3... and after half an hour tried again and no problems .maybe black daz sunday yesterday lol. in any case brilliant work so she is kind of stuck there for the time beeing??.there are worse places-hihi. have a good one,whatever it is.

I've had plants that were smarter than some partners. Great render If you have a second Hard drive in your computer, use one of the partitions for page filing. I know it works for me: Tricked my computer (PIII-450) into thinking it had 9 gigs of memory and unless I've got a render with highly reflective wings, I've had no problems.
