Description
Blair House was built in 1888 for Elisha Blair who had come to Mendocino from Maine in 1857. At the time the house was considered one of the finest homes in Mendocino.
The popular television series, Murder She Wrote, starring Angela Lansbury, featured this Victorian bed and breakfast inn, as Jessica Fletcher's home in the fictional town of Cabot Cove, Maine.

It may no longer be one of the finest, but it still looks pretty fine to me. Great information. My dad used to watch 'Murder She Wrote' all the time. Very nice capture!

Just visiting your gallery, this house popped right off the page. I know my wife saw every episode of Murder She Wrote...hence, I saw quite a few myself. Like your treatment in sepia.
