Description

again, instead of fooling around on the beach I did a couple of "pure-art" installations. the other one wasn't really much, but I liked this one. a lump of yellow paint was the cornerstone. thank you.

It is worthwhile to reconstruct what no one already remembers with the most beautiful and deep concept: The struggle for subsistence in freedom, that includes necessarily the love and the sense of comunity! And, if as i think, this scene is an warning to our nowadays, I must say: Bravo for the courage. I love the girl with open arms as well his meaning and the detail of the litle stones in top right in simetry with those at the bottom. The simple material used and the different textures, does a wonderful scenary "childish" full of deepness.thank you for this, nikolais!

Nikolay, this is wonderful. It's playful & childlike, but it also has undertones of cave art & the glyph art of Native Americans and other indigenous peoples. You've done a fine job of imitating the ancient hunter drawings of many cave paintings; and your line-up of "weapons" (sticks at the top) is wonderful, as is the house below and all the stones. And you placed it against a wonderfully textured stone background. The yellow blob seems rich and complex by itself. A small wonder, beautifully done & conceived, and it would be great to see more of these from you.
