One of the sad things about the internet is all the people you know and, at the same time, you know you'll never actually meet. I've met some wonderful folks online -- and then, for some reason or other, they just disappear, and I sit there wondering what happened to them. It's frustrating and sad, particularly when you find out that now no opportunity exists for you to give them a hug and say "Thanks for being my friend."

An on line friend is as awesome as a real life friend in many cases, so sorry you never got to get to meet her for real though. I really am...been through this myself and it still seems there is an open door I can't close...I feel your sadness. Lovely tribute by the way, very sure she would have loved it.
