Description

The is the last creation I'll make from my Reflecta planets for a while as this render took a stonking FIVE days & nights to render!! Created with Voluemtrics plugin for Mojo Pro by D Lavrov & postworked contrast sharpness & diffuse plus border & text in Ulead Photoimpact 11. The forms are created with a Distorted Noise of Steep Steps & Checkerboard with Sine Tiles. UV colour varions for light sources. The title should be self evident :-) FSV Recommended - Note: there are some unreliable edges but after 5 days I wasnt stopping & restarting. TFV&C Wºz™

Good on Yi Woz!!....It's been a while since I knocked out a 5 day render...^_^...well worth the wait man!...the POV/Upward tilt, the sense of scale and the color palette are all perfect!!....but it's the lighting that is something special for me....which I don't think would have looked as effective if you'd coloured those blocks "A La Tetris" IMHO.....Excellent Mojoing!!

I see what you mean about "unreliable edges" - but no matter the sophistication of the program, you won't get blood from a turnip. This reminds me of a fevered dream I had years ago...

You do know about tiled rendering, no? It's there to prevent having to start over when a render is taking forever...

@ Doc, thx...but..The image was created using Dmytry Lavrovs Volumetrics plugin, which unfortunately has horrendous issues with the tile renderer however it will happily plod along at a (sometimes) slow rate for a single shot :)
