An excellent piece, but... A little too green tinged for me. I'm not a fan of green. But that's just personal taste, not a real criticism. On the other hand, I would expect houses and buildings fronting directly ion the river to have much dirtier textures. You've tried to add some dirt, but it's not really the right kind of dirt. Water stains and some mold and moss would extend at least 3 or 4 feet up the walls from the water, and some of the walls would have some cracks, due to natural settling due to the softer soil next to the river. The reason the walls would be dirtier is #1, simply due to age, and #2 because the higher moisture content in the air causes dirt and such to stain the walls more readily. Please don't take this as too harsh a criticism. I don't bother to make suggestions unless I see an image which both impresses me and show genuine potential. Also, on the third building from the left side og the picture, I'd like to see a slightly different texture on the roof to differentiate it from the neighboring building. The way it is, it just blends in too much.

Another fine render; love the vines growing along the wall; adds a very realistic touch to an already credible image.
