Good evening, the day ends soon here... Thanks for your interest for my last pic with the little girl ! This here is a parody - a parody to the beautiful, rich and famous of these world who are greedy for cameras, publicity, parties and the red carpet... We have lots of these people here: In the moment Berlin has 9 million visitors per year and the tourism industry grows with 10-15% every year. It is the only booming factor in these days. Among this people are many so called VIPs with servants, bodyguards and so on. Berlin organises the right playground for them with countless events and festivals.... All these persons here are tourist guides; more than 500 of them are organized and it is good old tradition, to be part of the Carnival and create an own group with program. This year they had two themes: This VIP parody here and the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Berin Wall in the late autumn. Hope you like this pic. Very interesting point you bring up indeed, it's odd for those who feel the need to be constantly at the centre of attention... but I guess it's one of those human "flaws", among many others :) Great presentation, and capture of the Carnival atmosphere... a most bright, and lively photograph!
