Description

Landscape is Terragen, bugs rendered in Byrce, sky is Photoshop and composed in Photoshop... I seem to have a fondness for lava ;) Hope you like it

If this is from the doorway of the Mars lander, I think I'll stay inside (don't like bugs). I like the consistent shades of red that tie the landscape and bugs all together. Nice work.

Good work, Kate....lively imagination. The edges of the distant mountains look blurred, but maybe that's intentional.

nice idea Kate. The mountains are unsharp because the hot air, but why is that planet so sharp and with such a detail? maybe you van (motion)blur this too

WOW kate this is amazing; the scene has an alien feel to it. the planet looks awsome very nicely textured. Great texturing work overall and use of colours. Keep up the good work hon.

I haven't been to Mars (or Mercury- ?) frankly speaking, but the scene You made is very realistic as if it is some spaceship photo. The composition is stunning!!
