Description
Since I started converting my albums to cd I have to make designs for the cd's themselves. Here is one I did and was trying to get the "Peter Max" effect in PSP. So how did I do? Aam I close?

I don't know what Peter Max effect is, but the oclours are beautiful and it reminds me of a warrior's magic shield:-)

You arent too far off... his paintings are abit more brush work smooth, and less texture. But you got his bold use of color perfectly in this....its good
