Looking much better. I think you got the jaw and upper lip pretty much nailed; she doesn't look like she's grinding her teeth or something. As for the rest... Widen the nose a little bit, and make the eyes a little bit wider - a line going straight down from her lacrimals should brush against her nose at the bottom. Try a darker shade of brown (not much) for her eyes and work on the eyewhites. And as mikeerson said previously, her head doesn't seem to quite match her body as far as overall skin tone goes.

To tell you the truth about the skins tones: the reason why the face isn't exactly matching the body is because - I made the face texture and the body texture comes from someone else...shhh, don't tell. Eyes wider? make the eyes themselves wider ot make the eyes farther apart?
