BIO
I went to Edinburgh College of Art in the seventies. I wove tapestries for years and paint in oils. I like photography, learning classical guitar and lacemaking. I enjoy cycling, walking, reading, films.

Well I'm going to have to say that it is kind of cute, Rozanne, but then my only extant primary photo is of my twin, my cousin, and I at my First Holy Communion. There we are all standing, unselfconscious, showing off our missing front teeth, aged 6 and 3/4. Mind you I cannot remember actually 'kissing the girls', at that early stage in my life .. ;O) Warm regards, my friend, John.

love how you distorted the picture so you became the only non-distorted part of it, right at the epicenter (your outfit is distorted enough, it doesn't need help from the software, lol); and there you are. I sympathize, I went through it too. And the peripheral stuff is terrific—splotches, growing organic things, what looks like a fractal or maybe one of your drawings done as a 3 dimensional bas relief, hoevering behind the photo...Funny image, and a bit painful for those of us who've gone through it. (I played a train. At least rabbits have ears, I had a smokestack.) Fun image...
