Description

This was taken a couple nights ago (September '09). The sun was just beautiful reaching through the trees in my front yard. The bigger image has a touch of Fall in it...can you see the leaves starting to turn...oh my favorite time of year! The smaller picture was taken at the same time, I cropped it and stuck it in here to show the rays better. Sorry about the little light flare off to the left side there. I'm not to good a photographer...lol...but have fun! :-) Have a great week ahead and thanks so much for all the previous comments everyone.

Dancer waited.. Her breath excited, looking out towards the forest.. The sun was setting, night approached.. His time.. The time when He came to her.. She scanned the treeline, searching, hoping for the first sound.. The sun crept lower, breaking through broken branches, wind swept leaves.. Her arms wrapped themselves around herself. The chill was settling down.. The moon rising high.. Still she stood, Dancer proud, waiting.. Late into darkness.. He hadn't come.. Sadness crept across her delicate face, she turned towards the warmth inside.... Then the arm slipped around her.. Touched her, pulled her close.. He'd come, Rider had arrived.. He stood behind her.. Head resting on hers.. Whispered softly into her ear.. Words of comfort, words of love.. Then they went inside... The door closed the night outside....

Truly lovely pair of pictures. The sunburst in the corner is actually very nice - I was going to say how much I liked it, then read your comment apologizing - no no no, it is very artistic! Brag about it!

I'm a rank amateur photographer and am always turning to photoshop to fix where my original picture had issues. This is a very nice picture and your postwork is brillant. Because it has such an ethereal mood to it, I would try using copy/paste in selection to get rid of the basketball backboard. But it is very beautiful as it is.

Dancer waited.. Her breath excited, looking out towards the forest, she saw the man in the bushes staring at her. She called 911 and had him arresteed as a peeping Tom, and lived happlily ever after. Sorry I could not resist after reading debbielove's prose. Nice one

This is a beautiful picture, I wouldn't change anything. And even though clbsmiley stole my line, he is right. That's a fairy spying on you. It really helps make the picture. HAVECANCER...you are hilarious! I'm still laughing.
