Description
I decided it was about time I did a larger scale render for a change....I set this shot up yesterday....and did a 10 hour overnight render AA3 GD3 with fast shadows.
The minimum postwork for some reflections and the small details on the "Cottage" took about 1 hour today.
There are a few Para-Bombs used in there and the "Signal" atop the tower is a "Glint" from the Photo billboard library within MJW.

Impressive large scale Jeff, thx for sharing. I spent about 45 seconds thinking wheres the cottage?! Then I spotted it....it was a bit obscure but fits really well with the overall composition. Nice Post touches! Personally the glint could have beenbetter IMHO as at current its too "2D" if that makes sense...perhaps some lens glaring would help?! BUT I really LOVE the whole concept twist of a lighthouse...imaginative use of the landscape to get the results. Palette is a bit over grey despite the mat variation for the fore rocks IMHO...but it fits well with the mood, so thats just me being picky. Great creation Jeff :-)
