Description

A very acrobatic little bird when you watch one walking up, down and all around a tree trunk. Makes me think that gravity doesn't have much effect on this short tailed little guy. Bill:)

One of my favorite birds to watch. I love seeing them walk head down, circling their way down the tree looking for bugs under the bark as well as seeds that may have been hidden. And their colors are so pretty.

Caught in the act! Fine shot of the Nuthatch doing what it does so well, Bill! Little did it know at the time that it would be seen round the world.

Nice shot Bill! I have not had much luck with the safflower seed and I have mostly attracted morning doves which can eat up all the seed in no time. I have had some blue jays and others stop by but the morning doves scatter all the seed before other birds can get there...
