Description

A half-elf Palladin of Tyr and a Druid from Cormyr, this married couple use their skills together to contain the evil of Myth Drannor from spilling into the Dale Lands. A commissioned piece for a couple of Dungeons and Dragons players. Enjoy, and let me know what you think.

You might want to ask the half-elf's player what the elf lineage is. In faerun half-moon elves would have a slight bluish tinge to their skin where a half-sun elf would have a slight golden tinge. The person may or may not be interested in that level of details. Elves are also a little shorter than humans instead of a little taller so you might want to ask about that as well. Other than small setting questions it looks great.

I want to know who the breadwinner is? Just WHO is in charge in that household? Oh BTW "Winterclaw", this setting is sub-mid-lower middle-earth. The elves ARE actually slightly taller there. I think I read it on Wikipedia... LOL. Excellent scene. The characters look great... love the outfits. Although, Sincere sort of looks like the guy in Tropic Thunder. (And I don't mean the dude, who's playin' the dude, that's disguised as another dude.)

Fantastic lighting and characters, and the setting is definitely reminiscent of ruined Myth Drannor.

The paladin's outift look pretty good. A few openings a foe might exploit bit overall quite practical. The Druid's outfit? Oh dear..... The words "gay biker" come to mind. I'm assuming this was the outfit described by your player patron so you're absolved of any guilt in this matter. Maybe your fantastic but realistic depiction will make the patron realize that his horned helmet sounds good but is in reality a practical nightmare. Note for example that if the Druid gas to suddenly swing his axe into play the axe will catch in the horns and possibly knock the helmet sideways! (I used to write for TSR, by the way.)

Apparently the antler helm is an actual artifact in the game. The player also wanted a leather outfit that looked a little "street"

Nice image - I think it would be hard to fight alongside my mate; too distracting & worrying.

Looks really smashing to me. Don't know the game details so I can look at this with an open mind and see that it is simply a beautiful creation worthy of respect.
