You apparently took a frame of bubbled/sculptured glass, copied and colorized it several times in different colors, and then created this fine collage. They could be glass patterns for either automobile headlights or taillights, or decorative glass blocks. Great lighting effects when seen full size.

Got it in one, Harry. Tail lights of a Lincoln something, that was in front of us as we were stuck in traffic. Used photoshop distort, and then played around with sharpness, color and contrast.
