OK by now you have seen the other uploads you will know what I used to get this effect, slow shutter bright conditions. And if you have not looked! Then why not? This reminds me of B&W photos taken on our Civil Wat battlefields in the period 1861-1865 by one of our early and famous photographers of that time, Matthew Brady. Of course he was using glass plates and naturally slow exposure times. He'd take a photo, snatch the glass plate, run into the back of his covered wagon (photo lab) and develope his picture ASAP. What he would have given for digital:)
