this person was so funny, I had to grab a picture and share.a street person that usually is in this area.what is even more funny, a woman told him that the phone is out of order.he still was talking to some imaginary person

As a protector of the wildly eccentric (of which I am a sometimes member) I have to say this I see nothing unusual here. I mean, I have often stepped out in my Saturday picnic tablecloth to go downtown instead of using the more fitting cocktail reception tablecloth. Its done and I can forgive that breech of fashion policy. And I also have pretended to talk on my cell phone when no one is on the other end...it keeps people from coming up and asking to bum cigarettes or spare change...:-) Honestly, Richard, this is great and I think you have a great character to photograph. Wonderfully humorous.
