Description

Haven't seen this old friend (Mrs. Red-belly) for a couple of weeks but she'll be back one of these days. Since I've been pushing the Safflower seed again (after a three week layoff) I've now got a Tufted Titmouse, a Chickadee, several finches and my old buddy...the Nuthatch back. Best of all, STILL no Grackles and no squirrels!!! Bill:)

it's such a casual pose, like he's stopped to 'think it over'. Nice light & shade, and you always do well with your backgrounds. I wonder if she's telling her friends, "we haven't seen Bill around—wait! He's back!" Maybe they're uploading to their sites too...why not. It's a delightful capture & pose, and I'm glad they're coming back now!
