Description

ZOOM for best view I'm starting to get way to many tomatoes so I guess the neighbors will have to help me eat them [^___^] The sweet corn is still not quite ready to pick yet I still haven't had time to do 3D modeling or my music much lately so I'm just posting Photos when I can [^____^] ( oh and the 3 apples are from my nephew's trees, I planted 2 apple trees in the spring but they wont produce apples for 3 to 6 years [^___^] Cheers, Roger

I freeze mine and pull them out for chili or spaghetti sauce and I make a real good tomato soup.... Yummy!! Cook them run them through blender (I got rid of the old food processor) and a sieve and season to taste and simmer until the thickness you want... Pizza sauce... Throw a few in stew. Yummy!! Excellent picture nice kitchen too.

Hey Roger, it pays to post your home-grown produce! Got great ideas for them from "Clbsmiley". Never heard of freezing fresh tomatoes before. Cool.

You have such a neat and orderly kitchen I am very impressed... I may have to come by and steal some of them tators.... got any bell peppers, I love to make stuffed bell peppers.
