Hi there. Today just a shot post - a small leaf beetle. It's a female one with a lot of eggs in the belly. Thanks for stopping by.

I don't know what whisps are. If you mean the little twists on the body, I don't know, think that could be spiderwebs or something. the shot was taken in spring.
