Description
Last October, my daughters Mother in law gave our grandkids mini pumpkins for Halloween, around the end of December, they were trying to wither up and rot. So my son in law took them across the road from their house,in the woods, and threw them there. It just so happends that across from their house is the little trail that they take the kids on walks sometimes. I just happen to be walking with my 3 year old grandson in the yard, and decided to go across the road to the little trail, and that's when we spotted these little pumpkins growing from where they throw watermelon rines, and cantaloupe rines, and yep...you guessed it....those old pumpkins last year! What a GREAT find huh? We saw 4 pumpkins, and lots of blooms! Tyler (my grandson) wanted me to take the 4 pumpkins back to the house, but I did talk him out of it, till they get a little more orange! lol!
Thanks for looking!
(((hugs)))

On our driveway end , there happened the same event. Our snow came early last season and the pumpkin decorating the fence ended up this spring as a plant. We only have one pumpkin to survive the chipmunks. I may post a look of it tomorrow. Excellent photo and description.
