Now they tell me! I didn't know Denise's birthday fell on this day. I would have also come up with a posting celebrating this momentous occasion. In any event, a super vista displaying the lovely shoreline forest and placid Donner lake at its pristine best, with a gorgeous mirror reflection, in this shot, Mazzie!

there's so much I haven't commented on, I feel guilty as hell just doing one or two, but I'll be back or I'll share in another way, you just have to know your images have been one shimmering burst after the next (I've seen everyone), and this is just beautiful. Like tara, you seem to have channeled denise, and at the same time maintained you. Beautiful light, beautiful reflection, the piece is divided almost like mirror images, with the sky's blue met by the even richer blue reflections at the foreground of the water, and a sense of the trees & their reflections being almost oil paint, or 'thought'. It's beautiful. And a beautiful dedi for a wonderful photographer who's given us all amazing beauty here. And the piece, its sweep & light & almost throw it all to the wind and glow sensibility, is all yours. Beautiful Marilyn. Among many...
