Description
While visiting my brother out in the country he had something to show me, he was triming his brush around the drive way and he came within three feet of this lovely Hornets nest. I was about 5 feet away from them when I took the picture and you still heard them flying by you going to the nest. Look closely you see one hornet standing guard at the entrance.

I did have a hose reel on the outside of my house and one day I started to remove the hose and by chance I managed to see a huge wasp nest. I went and got the spray to kill them.they are a useful part of nature, but personally I have no use for them.their nest can be beautiful

I thought that looked like a bug. I prefer birds in nests, but these are wonderful shots.
