Description

Hello ! Couble of weeks ago i tried to paint this leaf. Whan I felt it was finnished, I had no idea of a decent background. I tried this and that and ended up with using a photo of an old beton stone and a little filter work. This is the humble result. Thanks for your kind comments to my previous post and special warm thanks to those who added it to favs :-) Have a lovely day. Weather is still very beautiful but a bit colder.

Oh Helle, this is beautiful! I love the leaf - it just glows - and the background you chose enhances that perfectly. The dark colors make the leaf so rich. Gorgeous!

Up the other way painted red on a white background then it would be Canadian - however this is a lovely version of our leaf ;)
