Nice Sci-fi scene ! The lighting is very well rendered. The sky is like a huge lightened city sky, with clouds lightened by the city lights ! Excellent work !

I'm with Len on this one, if you start to glow, then out the window goes the power bills...WHOOPEE ! Some pretty weird lighting effects to achieve that toxic feel, well done ! ~Cheers~
