Description
Taken during the 2009 Sioux Falls, South Dakota air show. This "Heritage Flight" features a WWII era Lockheed P-38 Lightning with a Lockheed-Martin F-22 Raptor flying his wing position.
Captured using a non-IS 250-1300 mm lens from the crowd at the flight line.

Funny. A p-38 was kinda big for its day and look how much smaller it is compared to the other plane. It's also sad the AF stopped doing nose art.
