Description
Velvetine is a Heroine who fights crime and protects the city from the evil Fire Tigress from causing chaos and destruction.
With her Dark and Mystical powers she hides in the shadows and attacks with precision.
Postwork done in Photoshop Elements 6 and effects used were Flames, Smoke and Plasma Flames brushes.
For bright glow in Velvetines hand used lens flare.
Then selected certain areas and used Motion Blur to give effect of movement...
