Me: I know you look good in this jewelry, but are you going to a party or something? Her: No, I'm celebrating! Me: Celebrating what? Her: Eid of course! Me: What's that? Some sort of a holiday? Her: Muslims celebrate Eid after every Ramadhan to celebrate the good month they had in their lives. Me: What's Ramadhan? Her: It's a month, they (Muslims) observe fast in Ramadhan! Me: Did you do the fasting thing too? Her: No, but I'm celebrating!!!

She looks wonderful with her new jewelry! :) Now I don't know what to think of the fact she does not participate in the vaste, but does want to join the festivities.. Isn;t she forgetting the most important thing here? Ah well, as said before, shes young.. When she gets older life will teach her what is important and what isn't.. :)
