Description
Dimorphodon was a genus of medium-sized pterosaur from the Early Jurassic Period (200-180 million years ago). Skull weight was reduced by large cavities.
Dimorphodon had an adult body length of 1 metre (3.3 ft) long, with a 1.4 meter (4.6 ft) wingspan.
The tail of Dimorphodon was long, the first five or six vertebras were short and flexible but gradually increased in length and were stiffened by elongated vertebral processes. The end of the tail may have a Rhamphorhynchus-like tail fin, although no soft tissues have been found.
It probably inhabited coastal regions and had a very varied diet. Its teeth and jaws suggest it was a fish eater.Dimorphodon may also have eaten insects.

great looking model again. though colouring might be a bit brighter, something in the line of modern day puffins, with whom it shares the shape of the beak and maybe also the lifestyle.

Ya just know that the first fossil reconstruction was dismissed as a prank, with a disproportionate head like that. Nicely done!
