Hello ! Koosie, did you think I had forgotten you? Well I didnt. :-))) Maybe these are not exactly the shiny blackberries you asked for, but they are very close, just these have a blue like layer on and I am not quite sure what to call them. But they are sweet and tasty too. Just more soft, like raspberries. :-) I hope you like this shot anyway. I took it few minutes ago in my garden. Thank you for your kind comments and favs to my last post. It is highly apreciated. :-) I wish you all a great and creative weekend. Grey, but not cold weather today. They promised warm weather. Up till 19C = 66,2F. Not bad for the end of september, huh?

Ok, Should have tried to find out what the name for this berry is. It is Rubus Caesius. In Denmark called KORBÆR.

Wonderful berries and a stunning image and dedi Helle! In South Africa they are called "moerbeie" and I have a them in my garden!!!

Clearly, I need to go on a tasting tour of these berries! I shall stop at your place to sample the ones in your yard, and then on to Carin's to taste a more southerly variety. It will undoubtedly be worth the trip! :)
