Description

The sky is one I rendered in Vue, and applied to a 2d plane, and the background trees are Foleypro's Filler Forest. Noggin's Swan imported from Poser. Thanks for looking and any comments....Brian

You are doing such a Wonderful job with it here, I am just wondering why you do not do it in Vue???

Hi Thelby. Thanks for your comment. The sky alone took almost 2 hours to render in Vue, but in Bryce the total render time for the whole scene was under three minutes. I'm a bit impatient when it comes to render times :-)

interesting fact you render sky in Vue then used it in alpha plane in bryce instead of making scene entirely in Vue..is it because Bryce renders are better? I have used Bryce originally about 5 years ago, then went to worldbuilder, and now I am into Vue....Vue version 7 came out with much improved renders especially if the ambient light slider goes to zero. Bryce rendering is great too but I think Vue lightings are better. I do have to admit Bryce does not come with very good pre set skies..so good idea to work in Bryce with Vue skies in background....Thomas Krahn's free atmosphere photos are great too, hi res and realistic skies. I used his sometimes.
