That is an amazing sunflower! I don't see any birds yet, but am certain they well show up as soon as this big daddy matures a little bit more. I used to raise sunflowers in ND back in the 70's and early 80's and birds were a scourge of the crop, getting away with about half the harvest. This photo brings back many memories. Thanks for sharing!
