Description
As I sit and look through my photos of the early summer events. I think I have to say that this was my favorite place that Dave introduced me to. The little town it's located in has so much charm and atmosphere. Montello Wisconsin has the type of main street with those little shops you just have to duck into to check out. I could have spent all day by these falls and next summer I plan to have one day of it. The sun was at about mid day. I bet this would be just gorgeous come evening light. I have to catch one like that as well and from several different angles. I would love to get a few with the leaves turning colors, hint hint.....Dave dear. Anyway I wanted to share the full size view of this.

Update:
I took tomorrow off, I have to bring some verification in. Still working on getting a copy of my birth certificate from California. I am surprised they haven't asked for a DNA sample yet. I think they think I am crazy for going from Southern California to Wisconsin. ( in case you are wondering , I am a little crazy, in a fun way) I am hoping all the red tape is cut through soon and I have the insurance I need so I can just get this out and over with. It feels like it's never going to end. Sorry I haven't commented lately, I have been a little depressed about the whole thing. Which I am trying to not be. It makes everything just feel worst.

Waterfalls have to be one of my all-time favorite terrain features!! This is an awesome example wonderfully captured!!!!!! Beautiful rock faces and water, lovely composition and pov!!!! Happy 150th post sweetie! I'm so glad we took the extra twenty minutes and drove further west so you could see these falls. I was pretty sure that you would fall in love with the place, just like you've fallen in love with this community and the people here. I believe this is on the back side, not quite as pretty as the front, which speaks volumes about the front, as this is stand alone MAGNIFICENT! We'll have to make a point of getting there again real soon, only a few weeks left before the trees start dropping all of their leaves, and then raking season begins. I shudder at what follows that, and sometimes wish we didn't live on a corner with twice the walk to shovel as most everyone else. I'm so sorry for all of the crap you've had to go through of late, and keep forgetting that you aren't just like me. I have the tendency to just shrug my shoulders, say "oh well", and get on with things. Which means I've been more than just a bit insensitive to your needs of late. We'll get it done, I promise!!! I feel so bad that it's taking longer than what we thought, just to get started, but we did start some things without the doctors, it's quite possible to no longer even be there. I love you!!! Dave

!st of all this is a beautiful photo. I didn't kknow they had such beautiful spots in Wisconsin. Now I could move out of Calif but not to Wisc or any other place that is very col....lol. Don't be depressed, it's out of our hands and my prayers are with you

This is an absolutely beautiful photo. I too could sit there forever. Love it.Best of luck with cutting through all that red tape. It is terrible that when we are sick we have to deal with this as well. The lord will help you.

In the last week, I have felt so low I've nearly given up fighting as my health went up and down with each lab test. Its friends here that have made me realize it will all get better and I need to just keep "walking" through it. Hang in there. As for this falls, it is a magical sight and your photo shows every bit of that magic.

This is lovely; It sounds silly but I've always wanted to have a shower under some falls like this ... I think I got the idea from an Herbal Essence commercial lol I know i"m silly ... Hope things work Cheri .. I'm sure they will. So, hang in there.
