Description

Things are not looking good for our pirates! Needless to say: To Be Continued! What would a comic be without a cliffhanger? I'm already working on Issue 2 and you'll be seeing some of those renders shortly. I've written 13 issues so far so I have a lot of material. So, what's next? Well, issue #2 is the priority now but I'll be going back through the comments that you all have left and make some final adjustments, and then I get to explore the mystery that is PDF. As always comments, critiques and feedback are always welcome. If you want to read the other pages of Issue #1, just browse through my gallery. Once again, a gigandonormous THANK YOU to all of you that have taken time to stop by, look at my work and leave comments. Truly, I couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy!

This looks like a big cliff hanger for sure. Missed some of it, sorry, but it looks interesting. Great render job.

Fantastic job on this page Patrick as you built up the tension just enough before releasing it in the dramatic final panel. Don't want to forget to compliment you on the effects, well done

This is excellent, super graphics, the insert is perfect, little details like color, background and the explosion is perfect. And please don't take this wrong, because the explosion is deadly... but... the KER-BLAMM! reminded me of the TV version of Batman and I had to laugh (really). And I wonder do you really need sound effects for such a spectacular explosion. After all in space there is no sound and since the explosion nearly filled the panel I wonder if sound effects don't take away from the total image. But that is just me. You still did a spectacular job and looking forward to more.
