You do know 'leper' means someone with the disease leprosy, don't you?

He's such a devil. I chose that name because I believe that crime must be attacked with the ferocity of a disease. The original name I thought uo was LEPV for law enforcement pursuit vehicle, but the acronym did not work out. This is a Judge Dredd type of law vehicle.
