Description

I have never used AO in my renders since I thought it took looooong time to render.. I HATE to wait:-)) So today I wanted to give it a try... I have used the highest quality firefly setting in Poser 7, and this took 13 minutes to render... So that's not bad:-) After seeing the effect AO has, I sure will use AO on all my renders after this:-)) I have used AO on the skin and not on the light.. NO POSTWORK exept signature... Character Anastazie,texture and IBL Light by me (wip) Background is from renderstudio from RDNA Bikini for She Freak at Daz Ranger hair from Daz Previously Render:

I agree that is a good test run, my test usually turn into a horror film with me deleting everything and hiding under my bed :) Good job on your render I like the pose and the lighting is very good.

The details and realism of the body is great! Thanks for sharing. I am a novice. May I ask what you mean by AO? On speed of rendering.. I am not sure what CPU and graphic specs you used. I also don't know whether Poser support CUDA, a Nvidia feature that can do paralel processing. It speeds up Adobe CS4 dramatically. The new Intel P55 and Corei7 CPUs with Nvidia GTX260 card and above will support this and I heard it takes as little as 10% of your usual render time. So if it is 13 mins, it would be 1.3 mins! Can check it out if you can afford to upgrade your new machine.
