Description

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CHERI! (elfin14doaks) I offer you a birthday salad of sorts. The tomatoes and the basil came from my garden. These were JUST picked which is why they aren't rinsed yet. I tossed an apple on top of the bushel basket. I thought you'd appreciate that more than olive oil which isn't nearly as colorful! By the way - These, minus the apple, made some wonderful Bruschetta and Salsa! Hope you have a splendid day! Hugs, Jodie

SWEET!!! And I love salsa!!! I have some friends up here from Texas, and he makes his own......and it is sooooo good! They won't give up the recipe, but did give me a jar of it for my birthday. I'm saving it for Monday nights football game. If you have a recipe that would soo much be appreciated. Beautiful shot, and I can't think of anything better than a garden ripe tomato. I miss those! Thank you much for helping to make this day so special. I can't remember ever seeing Cheri cry soo much,.....and all happy tears!!!
