Molo di Viareggio: questo signore nella foto andava in giro per la citta',sempre accompagnato dal cane , fedele amico e di tanto in tanto si fermava e sembrava quasi parlare col cane. Io dall'altra parte del canale con la mia fedele Pentax KX ,con 135 mm scattavo una serie di foto tra cui questa. Molo di Viareggio: this gentleman in the photo went around the city , always accompanied by his dog, a faithful friend and occasionally stopped and looked almost like talking with the dog. I on the other side of the canal with my faithful Pentax KX with 135 mm took a series of photos including this one. Viareggio è una citta'  dell'Italia centrale, situata nella Toscana nord-occidentale, sulla costa del mar Tirreno. Con i suoi oltre 64.000 abitanti Il secondo comune della Provincia di Lucca, il primo dopo il capoluogo. La citta' nacque nella prima meta'  del XVI secolo quando era l'unica finestra sul mare per la Repubblica di Lucca. A tale periodo risale il piu antico edificio cittadino, la Torre Matilde, fortificazione difensiva eretta dai Lucchesi nel 1541 per contrastare la costante minaccia di incursioni dei pirati barbareschi.
