Cheri (elfin14doaks) is celebrating her birthday today! I have chosen this 'trainee pilot' as a gift for your birthday my friend. May you spread your wings and soar the skies today and for the years to come. He entertained us in Walvis Bay, Namibia in March when we visited. I think he was still a young brown pelican then and was literally practising for flight! Have a wonderful weekend all and thanks for comments and favs on my previous upload! Stay well! And fly she will!!! She's been soaring high ever since she got home and found sooo many posts dedicated to her. This has been an amazing day, she started out just smiling, then the awws started coming, as she realized there were so many more. And now at this point we are just awestruck, tears streaming down her face. It's been a long time since I've seen her happy tears, and you have not only helped to make this one day sooo special, but made her heart full to the point of overflowing. What an incredible demonstration of the love and caring of this community, and all of the so very special people here. Thank you so much, for your warmth and caring,....this is just an incredible post! Dave
