Description

Forgive me everyone, my inspiration has just been nill for the last couple of weeks. My family and household is having a rough time with this economy, and in addition, I am very homesick. I grew up in the Mountains of Western North Carolina, and I haven't been home for a long time. Texas has great people, but it's a really flat place for a genuine "hillbilly". Maybe when the economic situation improves I can get home to visit my favorite places. Joanna Bald is a mountain peak at app. 4750 ft Elevation in the Mountains of Western North Carolina above Tathum Gap. This spring is one of many of the REAL Spring water sources that I know of in the area. I can't advocate the purity of the water, but I have drank from it and others many times and it is incredible. That is breathtaking - I know what you mean about being homesick, I'm here in England, haven't been state-side in sometime either, used to live in Texas years ago, Killeen, Texas off of Fort Hood. I loved living there - anyway - very lovely scene!
