Description

Special thanks to lorddarkwolf for letting me play with the fabulous new Elemental DragonWaves staff. This pic features the 'Water' element. Here's the story for this pic: The lovely lady is one of the Dragon riders and she uses her staff to magically search for water on her desolate planet. Resources are scarce and water is limited. So she is well paid by those who request her services. Her dragon is well adapted to the environment and eagerly does her bidding. After all, his reward will be... water! Please zoom for details. Yep, it's big! Thanks soooo much for your favs and comments on my last picture. I really appreciate your support! P.S. The texture for the dragon was 'colored' in Photoshop and applied in the materials room. Her hair is 100% painted. I was in the mood to do a bit of painting. :) Add'l credits: Character is Evolution Eve V4 (DAZ)

Ohh, this one had me the moment I saw it Lori as it's such a spectacular image. This would be the ultimate cover for one of the Dragonrider games from a while back. Wonderful work also on the effects for this dynamic image as well as the background story you thought up :)

This is a beautiful looking picture, and an excellent pose and setting... but with my dirty old mind I was thinking that those spines on the dragon's back must be slightly uncomfortable for the rider, wouldn't you say? ^_^

That's super Lori. I can finally really appreciate your work now that I got my new Viewsonic 24" monitor! and can see a bunch of your full view. Really fine job on the dragon painting.... colors look fantastic... you should market a set of textures for the dragon. Hair looks great too. Fave for technical excellence alone let alone the image itself.
