Description

Trifles The massive gates of Circumstance Are turned upon the smallest hinge, And thus some seeming pettiest chance Oft gives our life its after-tinge. The trifles of our daily lives, The common things scarce worth recall, Whereof no visible trace survives, These are the mainstrings, after all.
Taking a break from some weekend labors this afternoon, I went exploring through the mix of items I picked up when I first purchased Poser a few years back. This portrait is quite different from the first rendition that came through.  The muses must have wanted the first one for themselves because Photoshop crashed for no reason, which is exceptionally rare in my experience, and I'd not saved the PSD since early in the creative process.  So I returned to near scratch and the result of our second dance is the image you see above. Enjoy!   & Keep Dreaming Brightly! Terry

She looks pensive. Perhaps wondering what happened to her slightly older sister. Excellent. The shadow on the wall is a nice touch.

Gorgeous. I really like this one. I'd like to see the next shot where the camera pulls back and we can see the rest of her grace and beauty this image implies. Great work!

Your poem is perfectly matched to the lovely portrait. She is certainly thinking intensely. I see no attribution on the poem, did you write it? I've been keeping a quotation dictionary for years so I'm snatching this to add to it. I love it, I wish my dictionary allowed pictures I'd add your portrait too. Oh, yes, and don't think I didn't notice the gate shadow on the wall. :) There are no coincidences. It's a wonderful look she has.
