Yes. The background is done in Bryce, with a little grain added in the sky. Thanks for your comment.
dcort
This is one of the most realistic renders I've ever seen.
Hotdog
Wonderfull textures palmix. Is the background a backdrop done in Bryce? Maybe try blurring it a little bit, i think that would make it more photo-realistic.
Antoonio
oh, breathtaking. simply but beautiful.

Great modelling work (the wall is so realistic, even on its base). great texturing, and we can see that radiosity is the best way to render. Really perfect. That makes me think that simple ideas are often the best...

I'm totally knocked out by this..I can feel the heat!
BellaDark
Excellent! This almost looks like one of those photos in the promotional travel brochures. :O)
nitro115

Delrino

Wadus
Awesome pic! just don't bump into the flower looks like a big drop :)
frogman
Very, very impressive...!!..looks like a photograph..the light..the shadows..the texturing on the floor...the subtle shadow from the flowers...I agree with all the above statements...I also think that the islands should be blurred just a tad!!...Great Work!!!!!...thanks
george

Dude. the deck and chairs and retainer wall are so realistic. you did well. but like the other guys said. That backdrop doesnt do justice. use a more realistic ocean and mountain range. its a 10 still
CyborG
Very real.
alessio72
very photorealistic!
Modulok
Nice foreground, but the background need some blurring to make it look more real. Nice though!
Gauntlet
great pic
Morgul
very realistic lighting. are the artifacts from the jpg compression or from lightscape
tekener

The foreground is very good! It looks realistic, but the landscape could be better. Try water with bump-mapping(noise size=25) and a high specular level, self-illumination to 50.

Perfect up to the wall but the scale of the water and island have my eye confused. Just how far up from the water is the balcony, or is it at the water's edge? The size of the water ripples makes me think the balcony is very close to the water but the haze makes me think the island might be large and farther out. Either way I really love the balcony and the objects on it.

I've never seen anything that looks more real then that. Not even in real life. Wow you're amazing. Great Job. I'm speechless. I wish one day I could be as good as you. And I probably will be in a few years.

T, no vale poner fotografs. La cara debe ser de las buenas eh?. Ahora en serio, lo mejor las paredes y el acabado de la pintura que llega hasta el suelo, los tonos azules predominantes y la maravillosa luz.

nice chairs and all but the bryce backdrop is way to obvious and that really pulls down the pictures overall feeling.
