Description

Silver-washed Fritillary (Argynnis paphia) Kaisermantel .....or a faded Vanessa cardui. I did not see the underwing unfortunately....... Background: Wood for the tiled stove - I will soon need it..... hardly still butterflies are to be seen. And those, which are still there, are already very pale..... ....many thanks for the nice remarks and favorites on my previous photos!

Lovely picture, the detail and colours are great. It blends in really nicely with the background.

Bella foto ! Purtroppo quando le farfalle cominciano a perdere pezzi delle proprie ali la loro vita sta' per finire. Beautiful photos! Unfortunately, when the butterflies start to lose pieces of their wings, their life is' to finish.
