The floating city blocks look to be half the scale of the regular city blocks, so looks a bit off. The ships appear to be cloned because they are all facing in the same direction. If you increase the size of the city blocks floating around by 100% and move the ships around, I think you will really have a fantastic piece! just a little tweaking and you'll have as close to perfect as a CGI artist can get! Great work as is.

Kool Sci-fi and lighting effects, I think the ships look fine, it looks more like two renders joined in the middle, as the scale of the greeble blocks in the lower half get very small, so the window lights on the upper distant buildings seems too large compared to greeble scale and that is what throws the perspective out. That said, you have still created a kool scene. ~Cheers~
