A second hand loco I bought over the weekend. Here Mere Hall poses with a Class 40 Diesel. This type of image would have been taken pre 1965.

There is something so romantic about trains. Probably from all the old movies I watched as a kid but there is just something about hopping on a train. Great nostalgic shot.

Took me a sec to figure out this was a model train, at first I was trying to figure out what was on the fence, but then I read the caption, someday they need to figure out a better type of model grass, as thats the real give away.
