Quietly the night slips by You take your hand And rub my back Soft and slow without saying a word It doesn’t make me think wonderful things It makes me feel wonderful all over I am not day dreaming Or remembering anything in particular I am just enjoying the moment That comes from years Of knowing and caring for each other With silent grace You let your hands And your heart tell me You love me By the way You are who you are I was just sitting by my pc which is at the end of my bed. I had my feet kicked up on the end of the bed trying to think of something to write when my lizzibell took her foot and started rubbing my foot with hers. She didn’t talk to me or say anything she just rubbed our feet together and this poem came to me. So this one is for Lizzibell I hope everyone likes it. Randy

This sounds like the best kind of love, the love between friends. You don't have to be asked, you just do it because you are thinking about your friend. Just beautiful.
