Description

I want to thank everyone for their kind comments and favs on my last image, they meant so much to me. Thank you. :o) When I was growing up I was lucky to spend my summers on Cape Cod. It was always sad when the end of the summer arrived and we had to pack up the house and leave. There was always the last sail, the last walk along beach, the last bonfire with sommores and the last sunset of the summer season. Great memories. :o)

What an absolutely beautiful scene! Bittersweet .. the sadness of leaving it to the winter snows and storms, yet the joy and anticipation of coming back in the following summer ... so beautifully done, it glows. That last little bit of sun is just magical!
